1. Who we are

Mehmet Kazak is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for players in the EEA and the UK, under the GDPR. "We" and "Ekovan Studio" in this policy refer to Mehmet Kazak.
2. Scope
This policy covers the website ekovanstudio.com and Ekovan Studio's mobile games. Our current game is
Yankı (Android, package name com.mehmetkazak.yanki).
3. Data that stays on your device
Completed levels, collected stars, best times, lives, sound/language/control settings, the fact that you accepted the terms, tutorial status and per-level attempt counters are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them. Our games do not request location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions.

We do not identify you by name with this data; we look at analytics only in aggregate (statistical) form.
5. Sharing and international transfers
Advertising and analytics are provided by Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited. Google's servers are located outside Turkey (for example in the European Union and the United States), so data is transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR's rules on international transfers. We may disclose information to public authorities when legally required. We do not sell your data or share it for other purposes.

6. Retention
- Analytics data is deleted automatically after the period set in our Google Analytics settings (at most 14 months).
- Advertising data is subject to Google's own retention policies.
- E-mail correspondence is kept for at most 2 years after your request is resolved.
7. Ads and your choices
- When you first open the game, you are asked to read and accept the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob may choose ads based on your interests (personalised ads), using your advertising ID and device information. If you do not want this, on Android go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (menu names may differ slightly by device). After that, personalised ads are not shown; the game and ads keep working.
- Players in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see Google's consent form for personalised ads; this choice can be changed at any time with the Settings → Privacy options button in the game.
- Uninstalling the game stops any further collection through the game.
8. Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through our games, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). Players in Turkey have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK (see the Turkish version).
Send requests to info@ekovanstudio.com. We answer free of charge, within 30 days at the latest. Because our games do not collect names or e-mail addresses, we may ask for device or game details to find your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Board, KVKK).
10. This website
ekovanstudio.com uses no cookies, contains no advertising, tracking or analytics code, and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. Our hosting provider's servers may keep standard server logs (IP address, date, requested page) for a limited time for security purposes.
