Terms of Service
In short:
- Our games are free and supported by ads.
- You may play for personal enjoyment; copying, modifying or cheating is not allowed.
- Lives and stars in the game have no monetary value.
- Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are and agreement
These terms apply to the games published by Mehmet Kazak under the name Ekovan Studio (currently Yankı) and to ekovanstudio.com. "We" and "Ekovan Studio" in these terms refer to Mehmet Kazak. By tapping Accept when you first open the game, or by using the game, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game and uninstall it.
2. Age
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the game on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game is licensed to you, not sold.
4. What you may not do
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell or rent the game or any part of it;
- use cheats, modified versions or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage;
- click ads fraudulently or try to inflate ad views artificially;
- use the game for any unlawful purpose.
5. Ads
The game is free and supported by Google AdMob ads. Some ads are optional (e.g. a rewarded ad to earn a life). Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads; websites and apps opened by tapping an ad belong to third parties. How ad-related data is handled and the choices you have are explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. In-game items
In-game items such as lives and stars have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred. There are currently no paid purchases in the game. If they are added in the future, they will be made through Google Play, and Google Play's terms and your statutory consumer rights will apply.
7. Internet connection and progress
The game requires an internet connection; you are responsible for your connection and any mobile data charges. Your progress is stored only on your device; it is deleted if you uninstall the game or clear its data and cannot be restored.
8. Intellectual property
The game's name, design, levels, code, artwork, music and sounds belong to Ekovan Studio or are used under licence. Open-source fonts and icons used in the game remain subject to their own licences (credits are in the game's Settings menu).
9. Third-party services
The game uses third-party services such as Google Play, Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
10. Changes to the game
We may update the game, add or remove levels and features, or suspend or discontinue it temporarily or permanently. We may end your right to use the game if you break these terms.
11. Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will always work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the mandatory protections that the law of your country gives you, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
13. Changes to these terms and contact
